Hajj Committee of India Guide For 2003-2004 Hajj

Pay DD of Rs.10550/- Submit filled form before 15/7/2003

Haj quota for year 1424 / 2004 is 72000 from Hajj Committee.
Forms and booklets available free.
Forms shall be filled in order.
Haj committee of India is not responsible for wrongs committed by individuals.
Forms must be submitted in the state Haj Committee, where the intending Haji's residence located.
Filled form shall be accompanied by a DD of Rs.10550/- ( Adv. F. Currency=10000/- + Registration= 200/- + Donation for Haj house= 150/- + Sundry expenses= 100/- + State Haj Committee subsidy= 100/- ).

A. Other expenses ( Air fare and Foreign Currency ) shall be collected at later date.

B. DD details: 1. Air fare (Rs.?? ) + 550/- 2. Compulsory expenses (Muallim fees + Transport of Jeddah / Makkah / Madina / Makkah / Jeddah) of Saudi Riyal. 3. Accommodation expenses (SR.1500 to 2150). 4. SR. 2000/- for personal expenses.

7. Accommodation in Makkah:

A. Up to 600 meters from Haram Shareef: SR. 2150/-

B. Up to 850 meters from Haram Shareef: SR. 1800/-

C. Up to 1000 meters from Haram Shareef: SR. 1500/-

3 square meter per person.

Madina accommodation is single grade, price will be notified later.

Allotment will be on first come first basis.

Discount for non lift buildings SR. 100 to 250

8. Haj Committee decision will be final.

9. Last date for form acceptance is 15/7/2003.

10. Photographs shall be front face and white background.

11. No form shall be accepted after due date.
